Senior Appliance Repair Technician (Tier 4)

About the role

The Senior Appliance Repair Technician is responsible for servicing a wide range of appliances and small equipment, ensuring safe and effective operation at the installed location. The role may also provide guidance to less experienced staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, adjustments, functional tests, inspections, installations, maintenance and repairs on various appliances.
• Safely load and unload equipment onto vehicles for transport to the repair shop as needed.
• Complete paperwork such as work orders, parts requisitions, and inspection reports.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of spare parts and supplies as directed by management.
• Ensure compliance with all work‑area safety requirements at all times.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma / GED equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four to seven years of related appliance repair experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English at an intermediate level.

Required skills

• Appliance repair (structured training program preferred).
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
