Senior Associate – Administration & Logistics

About the role

BRAC International is seeking a Senior Associate to manage administration and logistics for its regional office in Kenya. The role supports programme teams across multiple countries, ensuring smooth procurement, travel, asset management and compliance with BRAC policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement processes, prepare documentation and support contracting for consultants and service providers.
• Manage payment documentation, liaise with Treasury for vendor settlements and travel reimbursements.
• Maintain contract trackers, monitor milestones and ensure audit‑ready records.
• Update operational risk registers, support policy implementation and maintain compliance trackers.
• Plan and report on annual procurement plans, produce dashboards and management updates.
• Oversee office administration, logistics, asset inventory and travel arrangements for staff, consultants and partners.
• Act as focal point for the Zoho Travel platform, handling onboarding, access requests and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, procurement, logistics or contract administration, preferably in an international NGO.
• Strong coordination, organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, professionalism and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or business systems such as Oracle, Zoho, SAP or NetSuite.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
