Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will create high‑quality visual assets for digital, print, branding and advertising channels. This remote position requires strong execution skills, conceptual thinking and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for multi‑channel campaigns, including social media, websites, presentations, print materials, event branding and digital experiences.
• Lead visual development from concept through final execution and maintain brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, developers and account teams.
• Mentor junior designers, provide feedback and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional experience in creative, advertising, branding or integrated marketing agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original conceptual thinking and campaign‑level execution.
• Experience with multinational agencies or internationally recognized creative environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Figma and Adobe XD (or similar prototyping tools).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to design for both digital and print applications and knowledge of print production processes.
