Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Moringa School is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute the growth strategy for its Corporate Training and Working Professionals programmes. You will be the architect and hands‑on driver of market intelligence, demand generation, sales enablement and client retention, working closely with product, sales, customer success and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a quarterly and annual growth plan aligned with revenue targets for corporate training and upskilling programmes.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis and go‑to‑market planning for new initiatives such as AI and emerging‑technology courses.
• Design, launch and optimise demand‑generation campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Collaborate with sales to create enablement assets, track pipeline health and improve conversion rates.
• Analyse performance data, run experiments and iterate on scalable growth channels.
• Own client retention strategies, upsell opportunities and post‑sale engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in education or tech‑focused services.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in testing, optimisation and reporting.
