Senior Insurance Sales Executive

About the role

Primecap Insurance Agency is seeking seasoned professionals to lead the growth of its insurance portfolio. The Senior Insurance Sales Executive will identify prospects, build lasting relationships, and close sales that match client needs, operating in a flexible, performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to recommend appropriate insurance products and prepare quotations.
• Negotiate terms, coordinate with insurance providers and internal teams, and ensure smooth policy issuance.
• Deliver consistent customer service, handle policy inquiries, and follow up on renewals and claims support.
• Mentor junior staff, contribute to sales strategy development, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

Required profile

• Proven track record in insurance sales with strong target‑achievement results.
• In‑depth knowledge of insurance products and brokerage practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Experience in sales strategy, pipeline management and market expansion.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Relevant professional certifications in insurance or finance are a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field preferred.
