Senior IT Manager – Infrastructure, Enterprise Systems & Cybersecurity

About the role

Strategic Senior IT Manager with over 8 years of experience leading enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity governance. Drives digital transformation, aligns technical strategy with business goals, and ensures high‑availability across multi‑site environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and on‑premise server infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, including ISO 27001, GDPR compliance, firewalls, zero‑trust protocols and disaster recovery plans.
• Lead cross‑functional engineering and systems administration teams to maintain 99.9% system uptime.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, SLAs and software/hardware licensing.
• Oversee ITIL‑based service delivery, help‑desk optimization and lifecycle management of hardware and software.

Required profile

• 8+ years of senior‑level experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services and cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to align IT strategy with core business objectives and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams and driving digital transformation initiatives.
