Senior Media Buyer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer to lead high‑performance acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and cold‑outreach channels. The role combines strategic planning, AI‑driven audience targeting and hands‑on campaign management to deliver measurable ROI for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Ads.
• Write persuasive landing‑page copy that maximises engagement and conversions.
• Design and execute cold‑outreach initiatives to generate high‑quality leads.
• Integrate AI tools for audience segmentation, performance analytics and workflow automation.
• Manage campaign data and workflows within CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Go High Level.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and adjust strategies to meet KPI targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in media buying and performance marketing.
• Proven ability to drive ROI‑focused campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to optimisation.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and capable of handling several projects simultaneously.
