Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer

About the role

Sonata Software is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer (5‑8 years) to design, develop, and support enterprise D365 solutions across HRM, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain domains. The role requires strong expertise in X++, Azure services, SQL Server, SSRS, and Azure DevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize D365 Finance & Operations modules using X++ and extensions.
• Integrate Azure services and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and maintain reports with SSRS.
• Perform code reviews, performance optimization, and support full‑lifecycle D365 implementations.
• Work on HRM, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain processes, including Compensation & Benefits and Payroll integrations where applicable.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with D365 F&O / AX technical development.
• Minimum 1‑2 full‑lifecycle D365 implementations.
• Strong expertise in X++ and D365 extensions.
• Experience in customization and configuration of D365 modules.
• Ability to join within 15 days and work in a hybrid office mode.
