Senior Officer, Health Partnerships (Global Corporate Partnerships)

About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is looking for a senior professional to lead health‑focused corporate partnership initiatives. This temporary position will support the Global Corporate Partnerships team in expanding collaborations that fund life‑saving health programs for refugees and displaced people.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with corporate partners in the health, finance, consumer goods, and technology sectors.
• Develop partnership proposals, negotiate agreements, and ensure alignment with IRC’s mission and health objectives.
• Track and report on partnership performance, funding pipelines, and impact metrics.
• Collaborate with internal program teams to integrate partner contributions into health interventions.
• Represent IRC at industry events and forums to raise visibility of health initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate partnership or donor relations, preferably within the global health sector.
• Strong understanding of major health players, funding mechanisms, and corporate philanthropy trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of securing multi‑year commitments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
