Senior Product Manager

About the role

One Acre Fund is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of products that empower smallholder farmers across Kenya. In this position you will act as the product owner, driving strategy and execution for assigned farmer personas and managing relationships with up to three country or global divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and success metrics for agricultural solutions.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including agronomy, finance, credit, and supply chain to ensure alignment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple country divisions and global partners.
• Analyze market trends, farmer feedback and performance data to inform product decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product initiatives in agriculture, fintech, or related sectors.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Data analysis and metric tracking.
• Experience with stakeholder management across multiple regions.
