Senior Project Manager – IT Solutions

About the role

CSM Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT projects from inception to delivery. The role involves comprehensive requirements analysis, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed requirements analysis to define project scope and objectives.
• Prepare and maintain the Project Management Plan in line with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical design and system architecture.
• Support high‑level design activities and develop prototypes when needed.
• Communicate updates and changes to all project stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation such as test plans, user manuals, and installation notes.
• Monitor test cases, conduct internal reviews, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Assist in external reviews, obtain approvals, and manage risk assessments.
• Analyze change requests, estimate effort, and assess impact on timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA, MSc or similar postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 15‑20 years of relevant experience in project management, delivery management, and software development.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
• Strong client‑facing, communication, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and web technologies.
• Experience with effort estimation, risk management, and change control processes.
