Senior Recruiter – Construction Talent Acquisition

About the role

PC Construction is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its expanding Northern regions. In this senior position you will design and execute proactive recruitment strategies, build pipelines of top construction talent, and support onboarding for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage requisitions in partnership with executives and hiring managers.
• Develop and implement efficient recruiting methods tailored to construction roles.
• Write and place job advertisements across social and industry media.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external recruitment inquiries.
• Source, evaluate, and engage candidates, guiding them through the full hiring process.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within construction or related industries.
• Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
