Inallmedia.com is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the scaling and maintenance of a self‑hosted n8n automation platform that powers enterprise‑wide workflows. The role is fully remote, aligned with EMEA business hours, and focuses on building reliable, high‑throughput automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead platform scaling, reliability, and long‑term evolution of the internal n8n engine.
• Develop custom node code and advanced webhooks to extend platform capabilities.
• Design asynchronous, non‑blocking workflows that handle heavy API payload loads.
• Manage production‑grade infrastructure, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and collaborate with core platform teams.
• Bridge technical execution with business strategy, communicating with stakeholders and engineering peers.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional software engineering experience in high‑scale, high‑visibility environments.
• Fluent English for daily technical communication and documentation.
• Proven ability to design robust backend systems and APIs.
