Senior Sourcing & Procurement Consultant

About the role

Pearl Group is looking for an experienced Senior Sourcing & Procurement Consultant to join its growing P2P team. You will work on both public‑cloud and private‑cloud implementations, helping customers optimise their procurement processes while collaborating in a supportive, hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Sourcing & Procurement solutions hands‑on in public‑cloud and private‑cloud projects.
• Provide advisory support and troubleshooting for existing customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
• Mentor and share knowledge with less‑experienced consultants to raise overall team competence.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience designing and configuring Sourcing & Procurement solutions.
• Proven track record of project implementations, preferably with hands‑on work in both public and private cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, planning and logistics.
• Familiarity with Ariba is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Resident in the Nordics, with proximity to customers.
