Senior Structural Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior structural engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex high‑rise and large‑scale building projects. The role combines technical leadership, hands‑on problem solving on site, and mentorship of junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structural design for high‑rise mixed‑use towers, residential complexes, hotels and industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with international codes and local regulations.
• Review and approve all structural design documents, calculations, specifications and construction drawings.
• Conduct value‑engineering studies to optimise cost, constructability and performance.
• Manage RFIs, provide timely technical solutions and perform site inspections to verify design compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of post‑graduate experience in structural design of large‑scale buildings.
• Proven track record designing high‑rise, mixed‑use, hotel and industrial structures.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS/SAP2000, SAFE, Revit (structural modeling & detailing), PROKON and PROTA STRUCTURE.
• Deep knowledge of reinforced concrete (including precast and post‑tensioned systems) and structural steel design.
• Experience with deep foundations and various piling systems.
• Advanced structural analysis and value‑engineering techniques.
