Senior Tax Administration Associate – Design & Visuals

About the role

The Senior Tax Administration Associate will support EY's Tax service line in Nairobi by creating high‑quality visual assets for internal initiatives and client engagements. The role blends graphic design expertise with administrative support to translate complex business content into clear, brand‑compliant outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Design reports, presentations, proposals, publications and client deliverables.
• Create event and campaign assets such as flyers, invitations and digital creatives.
• Apply EY brand guidelines to ensure clean, professional outputs.
• Collaborate with internal teams on high‑impact client and internal projects.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Multimedia, administration or related field (2nd class upper or higher).
• Minimum overall grade of B in KCSE and B in English & Mathematics.
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic/communication design or multimedia.
• High integrity, professionalism, confidentiality and strong teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent eye for layout, typography and detail.
• Ability to work quickly, adapt to feedback and manage multiple tasks.
