Senior UX/UI Designer – Partner Integrations (Remote)

About the role

Inallmedia.com is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the redesign of partner integration experiences for enterprise employers and ATS platforms. The role is fully remote, focused on LATAM time zones, and offers end‑to‑end design ownership from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Execute hands‑on, end‑to‑end UX/UI design for complex partner‑facing workflows.
• Create high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and AI‑assisted design tools.
• Apply and extend components within an established enterprise design system.
• Plan and run usability and A/B tests to validate design hypotheses.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bridge technical APIs and developer portals with business requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional product UX design experience as a senior individual contributor.
• Hands‑on builder mindset rather than a purely strategic or managerial role.
• Strong communication skills for articulating design decisions in a fully remote, Agile environment.
• Portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end product design case studies and complex workflow solutions.
