Graphic Designer – Fixed-Term (2-year contract)

About the role

The Graphic Designer will independently manage design portfolios for 2–3 countries, creating farmer‑facing materials, reports, newsletters and other collateral. You will own projects from brief through concept development, stakeholder review, production and final delivery while ensuring brand consistency and high‑quality execution.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and deliver high‑quality, brand‑aligned design work across assigned country and organisational portfolios.
• Own design projects from initial brief through concept development, stakeholder review, production and final delivery.
• Serve as the primary design contact for 2–3 country portfolios, managing stakeholder communication, timelines and expectations.
• Prioritise multiple projects, maintain clear work plans and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and contribute to improvements in design processes, templates and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of professional graphic design experience, including independent project management.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong print and digital design skills with production‑ready file preparation.
• Foundational experience in packaging design from concept to production‑ready artwork.
