Senior Website Developer (WordPress & Claude)

About the role

The Senior Website Developer will lead the operation, infrastructure, and development of the company’s web properties. Working primarily within WordPress, the role combines advanced technical expertise with collaboration across design, content, and marketing teams to deliver high‑quality, performant web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, develop, and maintain WordPress sites, including Elementor Pro layouts and AI‑generated code.
• Manage integrations with marketing platforms such as Marketo and HubSpot, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Lead content and feature updates, partnering with marketing stakeholders to align web functionality with business goals.
• Monitor and improve site performance, loading speed, and cross‑browser/device compatibility.
• Maintain web servers (experience with LiquidWeb preferred) and handle WordPress/PHP updates and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of professional experience in website development using WordPress and related tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+ level).
