About the role
The Shop Assistant will work on‑site in Mombasa, helping customers choose electronic products, processing sales and maintaining store presentation. This is a full‑time entry‑level position within the sales and marketing team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers by explaining features of electronic and mobile phone products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Arrange merchandise on the shop floor and ensure attractive displays.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies.
Required profile
- Minimum KCSE certificate or a Diploma in Sales/Marketing.
- Sales acumen and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Experience in the mobile phone industry is an advantage.
- Willingness to contribute to the creation of social media content.
