Shopify Growth & E‑commerce Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Shopify Growth & E‑commerce Marketing Specialist to drive the expansion of a sustainable consumer‑goods brand. This part‑time (20 h/week) position focuses on building and executing a full‑stack e‑commerce growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Audit the current Shopify store, marketing activities, and customer journey.
• Identify high‑impact opportunities to increase direct website sales.
• Create and execute a realistic e‑commerce growth roadmap.
• Improve store performance, conversion rate, and trust elements.
• Optimize product pages, site structure, and user experience.
• Develop and manage multi‑channel customer acquisition strategies, including Google Ads.
• Support organic social media growth on Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Recommend and implement customer retention initiatives.
• Leverage AI‑powered marketing tools for efficiency.
• Analyze traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior; track KPIs and provide recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in e‑commerce growth, Shopify marketing, or digital marketing.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Shopify stores.
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer journey improvement.
• Experience managing Google Ads and performance‑marketing fundamentals.
• Knowledge of organic social media growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to create strategies independently and communicate clearly.
