Shopify Store Management & Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Shopify Store Management & Social Media Specialist to oversee the client’s e‑commerce store and boost its online presence. The role is fully remote and offers flexible hours within the client’s business window (10 am‑2 pm). You will work independently, handling daily digital operations and supporting growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
• Maintain and update product listings, inventory, and order processing in Shopify.
• Monitor community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and nurture audience loyalty.
• Follow up on inbound leads generated from social media and e‑commerce channels.
• Perform light administrative tasks such as scheduling and follow‑ups.
• Track performance metrics and report on KPIs for both social media and the Shopify store.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for small businesses or e‑commerce brands.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify store administration.
• Strong written communication with a focus on brand‑consistent messaging.
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work without supervision.
• Self‑motivated and able to meet deadlines in a remote environment.
