Shopper Manager

About the role

The Shopper Manager will lead in‑store and on‑premise activation programmes for designated categories and brands, driving category growth and brand performance across multiple channels and countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end shopper marketing programmes, from brief to toolkit, execution support and post‑implementation measurement.
• Manage the in‑outlet programme creation budget and ensure commercial viability of initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Brand, Innovation, Channel Development) and external agencies to deliver differentiated solutions for key customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Commerce, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum four years of experience in a commercial environment with a proven track record in marketing or sales.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, either people‑leadership or leading through influence.

Required skills

• Strong creative judgement and commercial understanding of customers and shoppers.
• Ability to synthesise complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project‑management skills.
