SIM Card Embedding Officer

About the role

The SIM Card Embedding Officer is the technical backbone of our smart‑card manufacturing line. You will operate advanced SIM embedding machines to transform raw plastic and micro‑chips into fully functional, secure SIM cards that meet strict customer specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate SIM embedding equipment in strict accordance with approved procedures.
• Set up machines and verify critical parameters such as temperature, pressure, alignment and speed before each run.
• Monitor machine performance and production output in real‑time to minimise downtime.
• Conduct systematic quality inspections, checking chip placement, encapsulation integrity and visual appearance.
• Document and report equipment faults, production anomalies or material discrepancies to maintenance and supervisory teams.
• Maintain accurate production logs and traceability records for each batch.
• Ensure compliance with information‑security and confidentiality requirements at all times.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 12 months of relevant experience.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with precision equipment.
• Highly observant, proactive and able to take ownership of machine integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to security protocols.
