About the role
We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to manage our WhatsApp and Instagram channels. As the first point of contact for clients, you will ensure timely responses, maintain a professional online presence, and support our communication efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client messages and inquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Keep the Instagram page active by posting content and engaging with followers.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their questions are fully resolved.
- Flag urgent or complex issues to management.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications.
Required profile
- Comfortable and active on WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and quick to respond.
- Highly organised and reliable.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
