Social Media & Content Specialist (Part‑Time)

About the role

The Social Media & Content Specialist will lead digital content and social media initiatives for a growing construction and infrastructure organization. Working closely with leadership, the role focuses on increasing brand visibility, showcasing projects and company culture, and supporting business growth for U.S. audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, project highlights, employee spotlights and company updates.
• Produce and edit video content for social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse engagement trends and recommend optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture and promote company achievements, projects, culture and recruitment initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Advanced English level (C1+) for professional communication.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies and managing content for professional or B2B audiences.
• Familiarity with employer branding, recruitment marketing, SEO fundamentals and social media scheduling tools is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong expertise managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Proficiency with design and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating multimedia content, including copywriting, graphic design and social media video editing.
