Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will own the digital footprint for the Twyford and Frencia brands across all major social platforms and the corporate websites. You will design and execute content strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, and measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Create yearly, quarterly and monthly social media strategies and maintain a content calendar.
• Develop, curate and schedule engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and website channels.
• Launch and manage social media campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
• Oversee official channels to ensure consistent tone, messaging and visual identity.
• Monitor comments, messages and mentions, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Update website content, incorporate SEO tactics and boost traffic.
• Analyze daily, weekly and monthly metrics (reach, impressions, engagement) and produce CTR/CPC reports.
• Manage paid campaign budgets, track ROI and optimize performance.
• Stay current on social media tools, trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align promotions with product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Creative storytelling ability and data‑driven mindset.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative attitude.
