Social Media Marketer / Brand Ambassador

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Social Media Marketer / Brand Ambassador in Nairobi (Kirinyaga Road) within the automotive industry. The role combines social media management and digital content creation with brand representation at events and activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run social media strategies to raise brand awareness, engagement and customer reach
• Manage social media accounts, plan and post content, monitor activity and engage the community
• Create photos, videos, reels, captions, stories and promotional material, keeping a consistent brand voice
• Track performance, analyse insights and report on campaign results
• Answer customer questions and comments professionally
• Act as the brand's face at activations, campaigns, exhibitions and events, engaging customers, partners and dealers
• Support product launches, offers and seasonal campaigns, and build relationships with influencers and stakeholders
• Take part in roadshows, trade events and community marketing, gather customer feedback and watch competitors

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in brand promotion, social media or digital marketing
• Proven experience managing social media and creating digital content, and representing a brand at events
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, creativity and strong interpersonal skills
