Sr. Engagement Manager

About the role

BrightEdge is seeking a hands‑on, entrepreneurial Sr. Engagement Manager to lead high‑value professional services sales. You will work with enterprise brands to design and sell consulting engagements that boost SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Large Language Model (LLM) visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Drive professional services sales by creating and closing high‑value engagements covering traditional SEO and emerging AEO/LLM strategies.
• Develop and nurture relationships with senior decision‑makers at new and existing client organizations.
• Collaborate with the consulting team to design customized solutions that address client digital marketing goals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and booking targets.
• Stay informed on search engine trends, conversational AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) and translate insights into service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales or professional services, preferably within digital marketing or SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
