About the role
Join TasNetworks as a Strategy, Planning & Reporting Analyst based in Lenah Valley, Hobart. You will help shape the company’s strategy and support the delivery of safe, reliable, and affordable energy across Tasmania.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare periodic performance reports for executive, Board, and Shareholding Ministers, including monthly, quarterly and half‑yearly updates.
- Support annual business planning by developing performance models and forecasts to clarify competing priorities.
- Develop and report on key performance measures, business metrics and performance drivers.
- Create strategic workshop materials and translate workshop outputs into actionable plans.
Required profile
- Experience in strategy, planning and enterprise performance reporting for senior audiences.
- Strong financial modelling and quantitative analysis capabilities.
- Proven ability to modernise reporting processes and design.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, economics or equivalent experience in a medium‑to‑large organisation.
- Utility or regulated‑industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
