About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Studio Photographer to join our vibrant team in Nairobi. You will be responsible for capturing confident, empowering images of women, translating their stories into compelling visual content, and contributing to a supportive studio environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional studio photoshoots focused on portraiture.
• Edit and retouch images to a high standard using industry‑standard software.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes photo and video content for social media.
• Edit short‑form video reels for online platforms.
• Assist with studio setup, equipment maintenance, and lighting arrangements.
• Guide clients on posing to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
• Collaborate with the creative team on concepts and content ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in portrait and studio photography.
• Strong eye for lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent people skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop or comparable photo‑editing software.
• Ability to shoot and edit engaging short‑form video content.
