System Administrator

About the role

Techwise Managed Services is looking for a System Administrator to deliver reliable and secure IT services for its clients. You will manage servers, workstations, and cloud resources while ensuring data availability and disaster recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux systems, including hardware, software, and patches.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP settings.
• Implement and monitor backup solutions and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Provide first‑line support via phone, email, chat, and collaboration tools.
• Document incidents, create knowledge‑base articles, and audit access credentials.
• Collaborate with support engineers and developers to resolve complex technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 2‑5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• System Engineer certification or comparable qualification.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent written and verbal communication.
