About the role
The Systems, Network & Security Administrator II is responsible for configuring, maintaining and operating the Authority’s ICT infrastructure, ensuring network stability and securing both online and on‑premise systems.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, manage and secure network, servers, desktop and storage infrastructure.
- Maintain and monitor ICT security systems to protect data and services.
- Provide technical support for ICT systems, network and security equipment.
- Implement corrective actions, disaster recovery and data loss mitigation plans.
- Update records, consolidate data for internal and external reporting, and develop work plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, ICT or equivalent.
- Professional certifications in at least two of the following: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Certificate in Ethical Hacking.
Required skills
- CCNA networking knowledge.
- MCSA Windows server administration.
- Ethical hacking and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Configuration and maintenance of network and server hardware.
