Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate partners with business stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment of high‑calibre talent, aligning hiring activities with approved workforce plans and the company’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit required skills within agreed SLA and workforce plans.
• Act as talent advisor, providing market insights and influencing hiring decisions.
• Conduct intake meetings, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Lead employer‑branding projects such as career fairs and talent forums.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across recruitment processes.
• Ensure exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experiences throughout the interview cycle.
• Leverage internal talent pools to fill vacancies before external sourcing.
• Own recruitment system data quality, compliance, and reporting.
• Manage relationships with external providers, including recruiting firms and background‑check vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑6+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and coach hiring managers.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation such as data protection and labour laws.
• Agile, innovative, and customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
