Talent Acquisition Specialist – Immediate Hiring (Nairobi)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Nairobi office. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a fast‑moving hiring pipeline, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews in English.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
• Support full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for the US market (preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ / C1) with a neutral accent.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
