About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support sourcing, screening, and hiring across multiple departments in our Nairobi office. The role is ideal for a recruitment‑enthusiastic professional who wants to grow in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and keep the process moving efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Promote a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, headhunting, talent acquisition or HR.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- High attention to detail.
