About the role
Amicorp Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead mid‑ and senior‑level recruitment across its financial, legal, accounting and trust & fiduciary services. You will work closely with the Global Head of Human Resources to shape hiring strategies and ensure a seamless end‑to‑end hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Global Head of HR to identify recruitment needs and define hiring profiles.
- Create and manage external job postings on social media, job boards and other advertising channels.
- Source candidates through career portals, recruitment sites, social platforms and targeted head‑hunting.
- Manage the full hiring workflow using an electronic Applicant Tracking System.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and coordinate in‑person or video interviews.
- Facilitate business assessments and negotiate offer terms before formalizing offers.
Required profile
- Proven talent acquisition experience in financial, legal, accounting or trust & fiduciary services.
- Background in international executive search or consulting firms is preferred.
- Strong ability to drive recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required skills
- Experience with electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and social recruiting platforms.
