Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

A Talent Sourcing Specialist is needed in Nairobi, Kenya, working on site Monday to Friday. The role supports recruitment by identifying, engaging and qualifying high-quality candidates across several roles, building strong candidate pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping.
• Engage passive candidates through outreach campaigns.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain ATS records and keep candidate information up to date.
• Support high-volume and specialized hiring initiatives and meet sourcing targets and deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience building talent pipelines independently.
• Experience sourcing for high-volume and/or hard-to-fill positions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Boolean search and advanced sourcing methodology.
• Talent sourcing, candidate engagement, talent mapping and recruitment research.
• Strong communication, organisation and time management.
