Tax Administration Senior Associate

About the role

The Senior Associate will support EY's Tax team in Nairobi by creating high‑quality visual assets for internal initiatives and client engagements. The role translates complex tax content into clear, brand‑compliant designs, contributing to EY’s purpose of building a better working world.

Key responsibilities

• Design reports, presentations, proposals, publications and client deliverables.
• Create event and campaign assets such as flyers, invitations and digital creatives.
• Apply EY brand guidelines to ensure clean, professional outputs.
• Collaborate with internal teams on high‑impact client and internal projects.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Multimedia, administration or related field with at least a second class upper.
• Minimum overall grade of B in KCSE and B in both English & Mathematics.
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic/communication design or multimedia.
• Experience in office administration and operations.
• High integrity, professionalism, confidentiality and strong teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good eye for layout, typography and detail.
• Ability to work quickly, adapt to feedback and manage multiple tasks.
