Technical Operations Manager

About the role

The Technical Operations Manager will lead the engineering support function, ensuring the reliability and performance of electrical and electronic systems across projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to diagnose issues, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance for electrical and electronic equipment.
• Install, configure, test and commission technical systems and hardware.
• Analyse faults, develop corrective actions and perform preventive maintenance.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation and project updates.
• Support engineering projects from planning through implementation.
• Interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and clients on technical matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum two years of experience in technical engineering, electrical systems, electronics or automation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
