Technical Support Agent - SaaS & Integrations

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Agent who enjoys solving complex technical problems and helping customers navigate email and calendar integrations. You will troubleshoot issues across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail/iCloud and related platform integrations, identify root causes and guide users through clear step‑by‑step solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical problems involving Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail/iCloud, calendars and platform integrations.
• Investigate account settings, permissions, authentication, synchronization and configuration issues.
• Guide customers through actions such as disconnecting/reconnecting accounts, updating settings and re‑authenticating integrations.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately.
• Take ownership of issues, resolve independently and escalate to engineering only when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1) with excellent spoken and written communication.
• Diploma or degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Previous technical support experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and iCloud.
• Understanding of OAuth‑style authentication, account permissions and synchronization.
• Knowledge of email and calendar configuration across iOS and macOS.
