Technical Support Operator (Kisumu)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Operator to join Mogo Kenya Limited in Kisumu. The role involves providing technical assistance for vehicle‑related loan services, ensuring inspections, installations and client support are carried out accurately and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of repossessed motorcycles and assess vehicle condition.
• Perform car valuations using industry‑standard techniques, considering make, model, year, mileage and market trends.
• Install GPS trackers and SIM cards on cars and motorcycles, verifying proper functionality.
• Carry out minor motorcycle repairs and collaborate with repair teams.
• Assist clients during the loan application process by providing technical guidance.
• Maintain detailed records, generate reports and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and Swahili.
• Good knowledge of the Kenyan car market and vehicle technical structures.
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
