Technical Telesales Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Technical Telesales Sales Representative to join our team in Syokimau. The role combines inbound and outbound calling with technical expertise to guide customers and partners toward the right Wi‑Fi, routing and networking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product advice and technical guidance.
• Prepare accurate quotations and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Maintain and update opportunity records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on open quotes, coordinate with logistics and ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Respond to technical and commercial queries, deliver basic product demos and training.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales, technical and operations teams to achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling networking, telecommunications or ICT solutions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Results‑oriented with excellent organization, follow‑up and time‑management abilities.
• Diploma or degree in Business, ICT, Engineering or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based in Syokimau.

Required skills

• Knowledge of enterprise Wi‑Fi and routing technologies (Ubiquiti, MikroTik or similar).
• Familiarity with broadband networking products.
• Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools for lead and opportunity management.
