Technology Manager

About the role

The Manager, Technology will support the Senior Manager in ensuring smooth operation, support, and continuous improvement of the BInsight system and other organizational applications. The role acts as a liaison between users, programme teams, country offices, vendors, and the Technology Team.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in process improvement and automation initiatives for existing and upcoming systems/applications.
• Provide prompt support to country IT teams, manage internal IT service management, and assist in UAT of new modules.
• Configure applications, manage access roles, and maintain IT compliance, audit, issue tracking and change management.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and third‑party contractors.
• Conduct training, prepare materials, and support data pipeline, warehouse and visualization platforms.
• Explore emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning to build analytics capabilities.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in technology operations or application support.
• Knowledge of software development & implementation cycles, IT service management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with database management, SQL, and network design.
• Strong technical documentation and end‑user training skills.
