Technology Performance Manager

About the role

The Technology Performance Manager will support KCB Bank’s Group Technology strategic planning, execution and performance monitoring. This role works closely with technology units and subsidiaries to ensure the technology roadmap is delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Group Technology Strategic Planning and Consolidation processes, including template dissemination, engagement meetings, and presentation of approved plans.
• Track and measure KPIs, preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly performance packs for business directors and unit heads.
• Provide performance commentary, insights, risks and opportunities to inform budgeting and target setting.
• Assist in preparing performance and strategy papers for governance bodies and support strategic initiative validation, sizing and tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a business‑related field; Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in financial analysis and performance management.
• Experience with data analytics tools and stakeholder management.
