Telesales Agent – Remote (Based in Embu)

About the role

Nutrawell Africa is looking for motivated Telesales Agents to join a growing sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to company‑provided leads, explaining products, handling objections and converting leads into sales. Candidates must be fluent in English and Kiswahili and have reliable home‑office equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads supplied by the company.
• Explain products clearly and professionally.
• Answer customer questions and handle objections.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships and accurate records.
• Follow company sales procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
• Confident, persuasive, energetic and customer‑focused.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Previous telesales, sales or call‑centre experience is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and follow company procedures.
