Telesales Agent – Remote (Kerugoya, Kenya)

About the role

Nutrawell Africa Limited is seeking motivated Telesales Agents to join its growing sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to company‑provided leads, explaining products, handling objections and converting leads into sales while working from home after a brief on‑site training.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads supplied by the company and present products professionally.
• Answer customer questions, handle objections and follow up with interested prospects.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information and adhere to company sales procedures.
• Preserve customer confidentiality and uphold a professional image.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
• Confident, persuasive, energetic and target‑driven.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work independently.
• Previous telesales, sales or call‑centre experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn company procedures and attend a 4‑day on‑site training.

What we offer

• 7% commission on qualifying sales, calculated through Boyout and paid every Saturday.
