Tender Manager – Drilling and Completions Fluids

About the role

We are looking for a Tender Manager to join Baker Hughes’ Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE) segment. The role will support the development and execution of commercial strategy for assigned regions, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver optimal technical and commercial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the inquiry‑to‑order (ITO) process, ensuring price maintenance, risk mitigation and profitable revenue growth.
• Develop and articulate winning tender strategies based on tailored value propositions.
• Gather capacity, costing and pricing inputs and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the tender cycle.
• Prepare and submit tender documentation, negotiate where appropriate and validate risk‑reward balance.
• Promote Baker Hughes’ business value propositions to customers and internal partners.
• Collaborate with Global PL Headquarters, Global OFSE Headquarters and regional sales, technical, pricing and risk teams.
• Uphold commercial governance, policies and procedures and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing tender processes within oilfield services or related industrial sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop pricing strategies and assess risk.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across global and regional teams.
• Ability to understand technical specifications of drilling and completions fluid products.
