Territory Sales Leader - Nakuru

About the role

The Territory Sales Leader works closely with the Regional Manager to execute marketing plans, grow the subscriber base and meet staffing and reseller targets so that acquisition goals are achieved and surpassed. The role covers the Nakuru territory and involves recruiting and managing agents and maintaining an active pipeline of customers and trade representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full support to the Regional Manager, Trade Representative and agents within the Nakuru territory.
• Recruit and manage agents.
• Ensure set targets are achieved and surpassed in the allocated business environment.
• Maintain an active pipeline of customers, agents and trade development representatives in the zone.
• Oversee zonal development of short-term and long-term plans and supervise implementation across channels.
• Prepare and present sales reports and plans using Microsoft Office tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in zonal management.
• 3 years of team leadership in a commercial setting.
• Experience selling FMCG products; FMCG industry experience is an added advantage.
