About the role

Unifin Inc is seeking a motivated Third Party Collections Specialist to join its global BPO team. This permanent, work‑from‑home position focuses on contacting international clients, encouraging timely payment of outstanding debts while maintaining professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts using dialer systems.
• Communicate clearly and courteously to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Document interactions and update account information in real‑time.
• Ensure compliance with collection laws and internal policies.
• Balance relationship building with achieving collection targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 months of BPO collections experience on international accounts.
• Proven account management background.
• Familiarity with collection regulations and best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Experience using automated dialer platforms.
